WebI have the iPhone 14 pro max with Att 1000mb fiber. My router is the Nighthawk RAX49. On a wired connection like my “XboxOne series x” I’m getting a consistent 900 to 950mbps, it’s awesome! My phone is on average 500 to 550 on Wi-Fi. No complaints here. Hope this helps. I was curious too just now searching for what a max Wi-Fi speed can be.
