Phonak hearing aids won't connect to phone
WebFeb 8, 2024 · HI Ive got a pixel 6 pro to replace my Pixel 5 but I’m having major problems connecting my Bluetooth hearing aids. They pair and connect after the phone or hearing aids have been restarted. But after a short period, no sounds are played through the hearing aids. The phone thinks its connected, but no sound comes out.

My phone connects to them with no problem. Phonak's tech support is next to nothing. All it does is lead you back to the original instructions, which do nothing.

This has to be done by your audiologist. You can test if this is the problem by putting both aids in.....if they are correctly paired, pressing a prog or volume button on one aid will change the other.
