Without the use of lyrics, there’s no real jumping-off point, which further encourages listeners to transcendentally home in on the feeling of the song. Not unlike a symphony or layered orchestra. WebbGnosis displays Russian Circles signature style that combines heavy and atmospheric riffs. Overall, agree with @grnhll, just a decent post-metal release but Russian Circles still manage to do that better than most other bands out there. But obviously when talking post-metal albums it may be difficult to judge what is actually better.
